Cancel or Change Orders

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately through support. We understand that our customers want to receive their products as quickly as possible, so we’ve expedited our order processing times. Unfortunately, this usually means that we cannot cancel or change an order. Otherwise, please refer to the return policy below to learn how to return items for free after receiving your order.

We believe you’ll love your new Linklan purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment. We’ll refund your purchase price upon receiving the product. Unfortunately, due to data carrier policies, the data plans you purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift wrapping and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your Linklan product was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service so we can find the right solution for you.

Returning an Item

Go to “My Account” -> “Order History” and locate your order number. Select the product you want to return. Linklan will provide a prepaid return label for your return request. If possible, please pack the product securely in the original packaging. Include any original documentation or order information to ensure proper processing of the return. Retain the return tracking number on the package to ensure it’s returned to the warehouse. You will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-14 business days after the return is received. All items must be returned in their original condition, ideally in the original packaging, and with all accessories to ensure a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift with Purchase

If a gift was included with the returned item, you must return the gift along with the original product to receive a refund. If you decide to keep the gift, it will be valued at its full retail price.

Bundles

To receive a refund for items returned from a bundle promotion, you must return all items from the bundle. If you decide to keep one or more items from the bundle, you will be charged the full retail price for those items.
